Jim Richardson, President

Jim began his career in the pavement maintenance industry even before he graduated from Kent State University, spending his summers in college leading a seal coating crew. In 1994, upon graduation Jim started Cardinal Asphalt Company, Inc. Through Jim’s vision and leadership, Cardinal Asphalt Company has grown their service offerings to include asphalt maintenance, asphalt paving, and excavating work. As the President of a family-owned business, Jim prides himself on delivering high-quality workmanship at an affordable price.
